Classic Coaster Car Plans
Designed with safety in mind, this classic style soap box derby race car has a wide wheel base for stability, a hand brake for stops, and a clever steering mechanism -- all of which is detailed by these plans.

Required materials include a sheet of plywood, some extra hardwood, an assortment of hardware, wheels, and decorative paint. The body of the finished car is 62" long, 27" tall, and 20" wide. A project you will want to give yourself a few weekends on, it is relatively simple.

Large, easy to read measured drawings and diagrams, plus easy to follow instructions, and a full list of materials needed are included. Hardware and all other aspects of the car are detailed by the plans, but hardware kits are available (please call for details). Number decals also available.
