9 Foot Dutch Windmill Plans
Plan builds a Dutch style wind mill that stands 9' tall to the tip of the blades! Many of our fellow woodworkers have built this project and they really enjoy it. Painting guide is included to decorate as pictured, but we recommend devising your own scheme. A great fixture for a large yard which is relatively easy to build for most any skill level.

Need a smaller version of the Dutch Windmill?

Plans include a materials list, assembly diagrams, instructions, and full size patterns where required. Plywood is the main material required, so the cost is economical. The propellar assembly is meant to sit atop a lazy susan bearing which allows it to turn into the wind, while the propellar itself is on a 1/2" shaft with bearings for rotation -- fully functional.

The plans detail how the hardware works and where it goes, so you can buy it yourself from sources of your choice or even fashion it. However, if you want the complete hardware kit which comes with the lazy susan bearing, and the propellar shaft and bearings, we can have it drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. (A bearing kit is available.)
