After completing an order here at our website, here's what happens:

1.  We email you a link IMMEDIATELY.
2.  You check your email.
3.  Click the link we send you.
4.  You are taken to a page with a "Download" button.
5.  Click the button and your computer will prompt you to "Save" or "Open" the pattern.

Our patterns come as PDFs -- a very common file all computers can open.  Once it's on your computer, print and use it many times.
